Why does feeling our best and living a healthy lifestyle seem so complicated? Many of us struggle with fatigue, insomnia, poor diet, stress, an inability to focus or diet-related health issues. It doesn’t have to be this way. We have the power to create a shift in our overall well-being.
In this workshop, we will discuss the mixed messages that exist and explore six easy steps to understanding how your diet and lifestyle affect your energy, focus, weight, and ultimately your lifespan. You will learn how to kick through these roadblocks and confusion, and determine how to approach your health in easy and sustainable steps.

*Note: I changed the name of this workshop recently from Anti-Aging Workshop to Positive-Aging Workshop after realizing that anti-aging is a very negative term. I would get emails and phone calls from groups and corporations asking if I did an Anti-Aging workshop and so I titled it accordingly. However, the truth is that “aging” IS the plan. The only alternative to aging is death; I’m not trying to sound negative here, just stating the truth. Since aging will happen to us, if we are lucky enough to grow older, the plan is to embrace it in a positive way. The plan is to age gracefully as we maintain a healthy body, brain and outlook. Be proud of your age, it is a gift not everyone receives.
