One year ago I met an amazing woman who gave me one of the most incredible gifts I have ever received. This amazing woman was Judy Banks she taught me meditation. And it has changed my life. So now not only have I meditated every day for the last 365 days, my chronic pain is way more manageable and I am studying to become a meditation teacher myself. So thank you Judy from the bottom of my heart. You are amazing, funny and wonderful and my soul is better for having met you.
