Navigating lifestyle and food choices in the 21st century has become very complicated; it doesn’t have to be this way. As your Health Coach, I will walk you through a gradual and enjoyable process- step by step, based on who you are and what you need to accomplish your goals.
It is a fun and enjoyable process that takes all the mystery out of how we got into the mess we ‘re in and offers you a trail guide to get you back on the path to the healthy, vibrant life you deserve.

Set an example by making the shift and watch as your whole family life changes. Your children will learn to appreciate a balanced life and understand what real food is, and as a result they will feel calmer, more focused and live longer healthier lives. Really, this works. My 16 year old son reminded me to cook plenty of brain food before his SAT’s last year- they get it eventually. Sometimes it may feel as though you are not making a difference but every once in a while it becomes quite clear that they really do get it!
We teach our children so much every day of their life, leading them will ensure they grow up educated, informed and capable of navigating food & lifestyle in the 21st century, because you showed them the way.
How Does This Work?
If you live in the Monmouth/Middlesex County (NJ) area you will have the choice of meeting in person or having sessions on the phone.
Many people are skeptical about the process being productive when the sessions are not held in person. However, phone consultations are a very comfortable, easy way to get the job done. After all, the biggest problem we all face when trying to initiate change is that we don’t have the time!
Think about it, if you can set aside an hour a few times a month to sit and talk about your health, your roadblocks and your lifestyle- from your desk, or in your pajamas after you get the kids off to school or tuck them in at night, wouldn’t that be amazing? If, in that phone call, you would receive the inspiration, motivation, encouragement and more importantly the steps you need to finally get back on track wouldn’t that be productive? That is what we will accomplish whether we are on the phone or in person.
If we are working together on the phone, you will receive a goody bag prior to each session with materials that will help you implement gradual changes. Recipes, nutritional information, kitchen cooking utensils, food samples, meditation products, resource recommendations, books, movies, cookbooks, and appropriate DVD’s and CD’s- all kinds of great stuff based on who you are and what you need to make this happen.
If you live in the area, your program will be tailored to your needs and can also include cooking classes, shopping tours, label reading, and massages (women only) and one on one meditation instruction.
Will it really work?
Yes, it will if you are ready to step forward and find your mojo! I am fully committed to working with people that are ready jump off the merry-go-round, slow it all down and find the time for themselves; the time that they deserve. I am very passionate about helping people make this shift, I aim to share that passion with you. If you are ready, sincere and tired of banging your head against the wall, this will work. If you are concerned about fast, easy, quick-fix weight-loss than you are not in the right place. You will lose weight, but that cannot be the focus; your health must be the focus.
