Sleep is a powerful period of renewal and growth. While you sleep your brain performs a multitude of tasks that protect and strengthen your mental and physical health. When we consistently experience sleepless nights, we compromise our body’s ability to repair and reboot.
Sound sleep is regenerative and allows us to begin each day refreshed, renewed and with a new perspective. Every aspect of who you are as a human is strengthened by a good night’s sleep.

Join us and learn simple and sustainable techniques to give your body and mind a solid experience of rest and rejuvenation. Stop tossing and turning and start getting the sleep that you deserve!
In the first hour of the workshop, we will explore and practice six steps that will help you wind down at the end of the day, relax and clear the mind, fall asleep, stay asleep and wake up feeling refreshed and focused!
Then we will have some fun creating our own Sleepy Time Roll-on and Pillow Spray with essential oils. Oils are a wonderful tool to support healthy sleep. They are relaxing and create a calm environment for us as we prepare our body and mind for a solid night of undisturbed sleep and restoration. Let’s have some fun making our own products that will help us in our quest for a sweet and sound sleep experience!
