9/25 Morning Meditation & Mindfulness Circle

In a very fast paced, hectic world, it is easy to feel a sense of overwhelm. Life can be complex and problems will arise. The question is, “How will you respond?”
When we meditate, we create a shift in the architecture of our brain. This shift actually makes it easier to face life’s challenges from a place of rational thought and reasoning.
It pulls us out of auto-pilot – away from yesterday and tomorrow – and into the present moment.
Meditation creates a reset, allowing us see our lives more clearly, and step into each situation in a place of calm purpose and intention.
Each week, we gather together as a community and explore different mindfulness techniques to help us create a more peaceful, balanced life.
Join us as we step aside from the noise and instill a sense of equanimity and balance into our world.

You will find us in the front of the mall.
Look for the blue Allstate sign, you will see our sign below it.
We are located in the alcove.
There is another entrance on the side of the mall at V+Co. Consulting, Suite A5

Walk-in’s are welcome – registration is respectfully requested.
$10.00 online or at the door. No payment is required when you RSVP.
