Guided Meditation to Benefit Stephy’s Place – Wednesday Morning in Matawan

Sharing the love in February!  

All Guided Meditation Circles will be donation based with 100% of the proceeds benefiting Stephy’s Place ~ A New Life Support Center for Grief and Loss ~ located in Red Bank.

I am honored to have Angela Harris ~ author, Mindfulness instructor & owner of  Mindful Aromatherapy,  joining us to lead this meditation. 

This past year, I have had the pleasure of sharing meditation at Stephy’s Place.  I  am deeply touched by the “safe space” that they have created for those in need. It is a beautiful place, filled with love, kindness, caring and support. All support groups and meditation classes at Stephy’s are offered free of charge.

For most of us, it is difficult to step away from the busyness of our days, and simply embrace the present moment. Taking the time to sit with the stillness in your life creates clarity, focus and self-awareness. Tuck away that To-Do list for an hour and give yourself the gift peace.

When we silence the mind, we begin to see our lives more clearly.

Parking lot and entrance are located in the back of the building on Route 79 across the lot from Starbucks

There will be a donation jar at the desk, give from your heart!

Walk-in’s are welcome however registration is requested.
