Evening Meditation & Mindfulness Circle

We have accepted multi-taking as a badge of honor.
Easy to plow through each day, feeling a sense of accomplishment
As we check each item off our to-do lists.
We wait for a day off, for the weekend to unwind,
and then we find ourselves, once again, caught up in a whirlwind of activity
waiting for an opportunity to be free of the pace.
Acknowledging that each day
offers us the opportunity to walk along this spinning orb
In a place of patience and grace,
Is a gift of time.
When we make the time to slow down,
our perception of the world will shift.
Resist the urge to hurry.
Create a “right tempo” for your life.
Set aside a little time for you!
Each week, we gather as a community and explore different mindfulness techniques to help us create a more peaceful, balanced life.
Join us as we step aside from the noise and instill a sense of equanimity and balance into our world.
Class will be led by Judy Banks, Chopra Center Certified Master Educator,
Stress Management & Mindful Lifestyle Coach
You will find us in the front of the mall.
Look for the blue Allstate sign, you will see our sign below it.
We are located in the alcove.
There is another entrance on the side of the mall at V+Co. Consulting, Suite A5
479 RT 79, between Lloyd & Tennent Rd in Morganville Square
Walk-in’s are welcome – registration is respectfully requested.
$10.00 online or at the door. No payment is required when you register.
