9/12 Wednesday Morning Guided Meditation

Join us as we embrace peace, stillness and gratitude as the foundation of our meditation.
We will explore different forms of meditation and breath awareness as we step aside from the “doing” and relax, release and restore.
When we slow down and choose the direction of our thought process, we begin to see our lives more clearly.
Slip away from the busyness and begin your day in a place of peace.
Come by and become a part of our growing community!
No previous meditation experience needed. All levels are welcome.
