~Tame Your Mind, Tame Your World~
Mindfulness offers you the ability to step aside from the conversation of your working mind.
The practice is never about stopping your thoughts from occurring, because that would be impossible.
Instead, our only intention is to cultivate the ability to consciously acknowledge and yet disengage from the chatter.
As you create the space to be present and unencumbered by thoughts about yesterday and tomorrow, the mind begins settle.
It is in this stillness, that we begin to see our lives from a place of clarity, focus, and peace.
.Join us and allow yourself the space to unwind, reboot and connect.
No previous meditation experience is necessary.
There are chairs and floor seats, and if it is a small class you can lie on the floor, if you prefer.

Please arrive a bit early, have a cup of tea, and settle in.
With respect for the circle, we will close the doors and begin promptly at 9:00
