Cultivating a consistent mindfulness practice offers us the opportunity to show up in each moment as the most powerful version of ourselves.
When we learn to tame our relationship with our mind, we begin to walk through life in a place of equanimity and balance.
A consistent mindfulness practice can strengthen the areas of your brain responsible for:
- Higher order thinking
- Reasoning
- Emotional regulation
- Decision making
- Regulation of attention & distraction
- Converting short term memory into long term memory- our ability to retain information
- Compassion, self-awareness and empathy
- Managing stress and anxiety
- Our ability to respond rather than react, instead of acting impulsively
Join us as we gather together as a community in our comfortable meditation space; plenty of seating and warm fuzzy blankets!
No previous meditation experience is necessary.
When we silence the mind, we begin to see our lives more clearly.

When: 9:00-10:00
Where: 479 Route 79 between Lloyd & Tennent Road in Morganville/Marlboro – Morganville Square
We are located on the side @ V+Co. in Suite A5
Cost: $10.00 payable online or at the door
RSVP: Walk-in’s are welcome, however registration is respectfully requested. No payment is necessary when you register.
