6/13 Morning Meditation & Mindfulness Circle

You change your world, when you change your mind.
Meditation does not require you to stop your thoughts from flowing.
We have 60,000-80,000 thoughts a day, and our goal is not to stop our mind from doing what the mind does.
Just as our lungs breathe and our hearts beat- our mind thinks.
Instead, our only goal when we “sit” is to cultivate the ability to disengage from the ongoing conversation.
A meditation practice allows us to disconnect from the stress in our lives by grounding ourselves in the present moment.
It offers us the opportunity to stop dwelling in ruminations about yesterday and worries about tomorrow.
Join us and learn techniques that will help you take a step back and walk through life more softly.
Each week we gather together as a community and explore different forms of meditation, breath and a more mindful approach to life.
No previous meditation experience is necessary.
There are chairs and floor seats, and if it is a small class you can lie on the floor, if you prefer.
You will find us on the side of the mall @ V+Co.Consulting.
479 RT 79, Suite A5, between Lloyd & Tennent Rd in Morganville.
Please arrive a bit early, have a cup of tea, and settle in.
With respect for the circle, we will close the doors and begin promptly at 9:00
Walk-in’s are welcome – registration is respectfully requested as this class does fill up each week.
No payment is required when you register.
