Mindful Moments = Mindful Life
Mindfulness is a practice that cultivates our ability to walk through life in a place of present moment awareness.
Meditation is the tool we use to tame our relationship with our mind.
When you consciously choose where you would like to place your attention, you create a shift in the way your brain responds to distraction.
Stress, worry & fear release their hold on you.
You begin to see your life from a place of clarity and focus.
Softly your mind begins to appreciate the stillness; an opportunity to power down is welcomed.
Be patient- eventually this space that you create will begin to feel like home.

Join us each week as we explore meditation and mindfulness as a community.
Learn simple and sustainable techniques to step into a place of balance, acceptance and peace.

Where: 479 Route 79 between Lloyd & Tennent Road in Morganville/Marlboro
We are located around back @ V+Co. in Suite A5
Cost: $10.00 payable online or at the door
RSVP: Walk-in’s are welcome, however registration is respectfully requested. No payment is necessary when you register.
