Did you know that a mindfulness practice can actually create a shift in architecture of your brain?
This shift cultivates your ability to walk through your life in a place of equanimity and balance.
Grant yourself the space to unwind, let it all go, and breathe…
Join us as we gather together as a community in our comfortable meditation space; plenty of seating and warm fuzzy blankets!
You will be gently guided through various forms of meditation and awareness. The singing bowls will help to guide you away from your thoughts and into a place of stillness.
No previous meditation experience is necessary.

The Details:
When: 6:30-7:30
Where: 479 Route 79 between Lloyd & Tennent Road in Morganville/Marlboro
We are located around back @ V+Co. in Suite A5
Cost: $10.00 payable online or at the door
RSVP: Walk-in’s are welcome, however registration is respectfully requested. No payment is necessary when you register.
