5/03 Thursday Evening Meditation at 6:30

Bring your day to a close in a place of peace.
Join us as we step aside from the noise and meditate together as a community.
You will be gently guided through various forms of meditation and awareness.
We gather in our comfortable meditation nest; plenty of chairs & floor seating and warm fuzzy blankets!
When we silence the mind, we begin to see our lives more clearly.
Slip away from the busyness and grant yourself the space to release, relax and restore.
No previous meditation experience is required. All levels are welcome!
Class will be led by Judy Banks, Chopra Certified Meditation Instructor,
Stress Management & Mindful Lifestyle Coach
You will find us around back @ V+Co.Consulting
479 RT 79, Suite A5, between Lloyd & Tennent Rd in Morganville.
We have comfortable chairs, floor seating and blankets
Please arrive a bit early, have a cup of tea, and settle in.
With respect for the circle, we will close the doors and begin promptly at 6:30
Walk-in’s are welcome. Registration is respectfully requested.
