3/20 Morning Guided Meditation

Meditation offers us the ability to tame our relationship with our mind, step away from the conversation, and minimize the stress in our lives.
Practiced for thousands of years, it’s not about forcing the mind to be quiet. Instead, it is about finding the silence that is already there and making it a part of your life.

We are located in the alcove.
