Grant yourself the space to explore the stillness of the moment.
Stress has a way of hijacking our lives. When we accept this as the norm. we allow it to occupy precious real estate in our mind, body and soul.
Meditation offers us the ability to tame our monkey mind and live in a soft space of peace instead of rumination and judgment.
Join us as we step aside from the distraction and noise, and into a place of equanimity and stillness.

Stress Management & Mindful Lifestyle Coach
You will find us in the front of the mall.
Look for the blue Allstate sign, you will see our sign below it.
We are located in the alcove.
There is another entrance on the side of the mall at V+Co. Consulting, Suite A5

Walk-in’s are welcome – registration is respectfully requested.
