Happy Valentine’s Day!
We experience stress in our lives when our needs are not being met. It is so easy to take care of everyone else and put our own self-care on the back-burner.
Our deepest needs are acceptance, affection, appreciation and attention.
For us to feel fulfilled we must determine where there is a break in this flow and create a shift in our lives to experience balance.
We cannot pour from an empty cup.
Set aside some “Me Time” and give yourself the space to breathe into the sweet nectar of fulfillment and self-love!
Class will be led by Judy Banks, Chopra Center Certified Master Educator,
Stress Management & Mindful Lifestyle Coach
You will find us in the front of the mall.
Look for the blue Allstate sign, you will see our sign below it.
We are located in the alcove.
There is another entrance on the side of the mall at V+Co. Consulting, Suite A5
479 RT 79, between Lloyd & Tennent Rd in Morganville Square
Walk-in’s are welcome – registration is respectfully requested.
$10.00 online or at the door. No payment is required when you register.
