Why we meditate…
In a very overwhelming world, we tend to live our life in a simmering state of stress. We allow our fight-flight response to consistently drag us into a vortex of rumination and worry.
When we meditate. we grant ourselves the much deserved space to slip away and simply be. We feed our mind, body and spirit the moment it craves – to relax, and let it go.
Meditation is not about stopping our thoughts from flowing. Instead, it is the art of softly slipping away from the conversation and placing your awareness where you choose.
Away from the details. Away from our biography.
It nurtures the heart and soul. It gently guides us back to a place of gratitude and inner peace.
We need more of this in our lives. We need more of this in our world.
Join us as we gather together as a community to step aside from the division and into a place of unity and peace.
We do not learn to meditate. We remember and we return home.
Class will be led by Judy Banks, Chopra Center Certified Master Educator,
Stress Management & Resiliency Coach
No previous meditation experience is necessary. All levels are welcome.
You will find us in the front of the mall.
Look for the blue Allstate sign, you will see our sign below it.
We are located in the alcove.
There is another entrance on the side of the mall at V+Co. Consulting, Suite A5
479 RT 79, between Lloyd & Tennent Rd in Morganville Square
Walk-in’s are welcome – registration is respectfully requested.
$10.00 online or at the door. No payment is required when you RSVP.
