Meditation on Letting Go of Worry and Fear
Worry and fear can serve us, but only if we allow ourselves to step into the conversation in a place of acceptance. When we allow worry to steer the course of our life, it becomes the fabric of our world.
Although we cannot always control the details, or how our life unfolds, we can choose how we respond to our triggers. Stress is not what is happening, it is our reaction to what is happening – and that reaction is something that we can change.
When we slow down and choose the direction of our thought process we begin to see our lives more clearly. It is in the stillness of present-moment awareness that we softly move into a place of calm focus.
Join us and begin your New Year in a place of peace and harmony.
Class will be led by Judy Banks, Chopra Center Certified Master Educator,
Stress Management & Mindful Lifestyle Coach
You will find us in the front of the mall.
Look for the blue Allstate sign, you will see our sign below it.
We are located in the alcove.

Walk-in’s are welcome – registration is respectfully requested as space is limited.
