10/17 Morning Meditation & Mindfulness Circle

Research indicates that we have approximately 60,000 thoughts a day. Most of these thoughts are about yesterday and tomorrow.
If you allow it to, your mind will drag you into a vortex of rumination and projection – pulling you away from the very moment that defines your life.
Our time traveling mind creates a sense of stress and overwhelm. Learning to tame our thoughts offers us the ability to walk through life in a place of calm focus and peace.
Join us each week as we gather together as a community to meditate, step away from the noise and take hold of our lives.
Your mind is your instrument, learn to be its master and not its slave.

Class will be led by Judy Banks, Chopra Center Certified Master Educator,
Stress Management & Resiliency Coach
No previous meditation experience is necessary. All levels are welcome.
You will find us in the front of the mall.
Look for the blue Allstate sign, you will see our sign below it.
We are located in the alcove.
There is another entrance on the side of the mall at V+Co. Consulting, Suite A5
479 RT 79, between Lloyd & Tennent Rd in Morganville Square
Walk-in’s are welcome – registration is respectfully requested.
$10.00 online or at the door. No payment is required when you register.
