4/3 Exploring the Senses ~ Evening Guided Meditation

Bring your day to a close in a place of peace
This week the foundation of our practice will be the 5 senses. We will begin with a breath and mantra meditation to calm the mind.
Then, as we slip into a space of present-moment awareness, we will explore our senses one at a time as we move through our practice.
Tranquility of mind, tranquility of body, tranquility of spirit.
This will be a softly focused guided meditation that will tap into beauty, harmony and self-awareness.
Join us and bring your day to a close in a place of gentle focus and clarity
No previous meditation experience is required. All levels are welcome!

Stress Management & Mindful Lifestyle Coach
You will find us in the front of the mall.
Look for the blue Allstate sign, you will see our sign below it.
We are located in the alcove.
There is another entrance on the side of the mall at V+Co. Consulting, Suite A5

Walk-in’s are welcome – registration is respectfully requested.
$10.00 online or at the door. No payment is required when you register.
