Spend more time alone
Speak kindly to yourself, because you are listening
Steer clear of the people that do not support you.
Speak your mind when it matters, be silent when is does not.
Listen more; we are all longing to be heard
Release judgment of others but more importantly of yourself.
Know you are imperfect; we are all imperfect;
Embrace the imperfections
Change what is weakening you; accept what you cannot change.
Worry when you are looking for an answer,
Release it when there is nowhere left to go
Believe that you can, even when you believe you cannot.
Create a pattern interrupt when you are caught in a spiral of doubt.
Fight for yourself
Your suffering is part of your fabric but it does not own you.
Accept your story, acknowledge your pain.
And then use it to find your strength
Know how you want to feel;
learn how to create those feelings in your life.
Protect your heart from pain that you do not own
Set your intentions every day as soon as you open your eyes.
Keep your faith larger than your fears
