I am honored to be teaching this workshop alongside Claire E. Diab! Claire serves on the Advisory Board at the Chopra Center for Well-Being in Carlsbad, California, and teaches throughout the United States and internationally with Deepak Chopra. She is the owner of The American Yoga Academy in West Orange, has written yoga manuals and workbooks on Health and Wellness and has produced, directed and starred in 7 Yoga DVDs.
Mary Ann Lynch Gebhardt will also be teaching at this event. Maryann is a Lead Educator at The American Yoga Academy and is a Chopra Certified Instructor in Perfect Health and Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga. She is the owner at Yoga By Maryann.
