Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga
This form of yoga is for everyone, whether you have been practicing for years or if this is your very first time. Experience a deep state of body-centered awareness both on and off the mat. Yoga is a complete science of balanced living; the benefits of this practice are extraordinary. Based on Deepak Chopra’s book, The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success, The Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga teaches us ancient principles that we can use both on and off the yoga mat. Living and incorporating these principles will begin to transform your life as you begin to insert focus and meaning into each and every day.
Learn to meditate or raise your practice to a higher level. Numerous scientific studies have found that regular practice of meditation offers immense benefits for your physical well-being, your emotional health, and your spiritual connection. Developing a solid meditation practice begins to create a shift in your world and allows you walk through life from a place of centered focus and peace.
