Food as Medicine: Nourishment for the Body, Mind and Soul
In this session, you will learn the basic principles of Ayurveda, meditation and yoga as well as the three primary mind-body personalities or Doshas. By embracing the concept of “Food as Medicine”, you will learn to select the most nourishing foods for you as an individual, empowering you to maintain vibrant health, appropriate weight and optimized digestion.
Session Two ~ Saturday ~ March 8th 10:15-12:30
Perpetual Renewal: Detoxification, Purification, Rejuvenation
Learn to incorporate steps into your life that will enable you perpetually renew yourself each day by recognizing and eliminating toxins and by performing gentle rejuvenating techniques. Discover simple holistic routines that will help you minimize stress, sleep soundly, and wake each morning feeling healthy, vibrant and balanced.
