the glorious uncertainty

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

don’t hesitate or wander from the confusion
instead just take it in like a familiar backdrop
that you recognize

as an incomplete portrait.

slowly release the struggle
the need to define.

don’t hesitate in the confusion
because it will consume the moment
when it should be free to travel
where it is meant to be.

unnecessary when the simplicity stands alone in the silhouette.
truth exists only when you
release the detail
and run along the outline

refusing all along to fill in the concept.

it is in the indescribable warmth that blankets the uncertainty
that the truth is finally given an opportunity to be revealed
as you hear the sprinkling of the song slipping thru the madness

and it is slowly and passionately
understood.

just one moment
just one song
written and whispered

in the spin of eternity –
heard as it shapes the vision.

all at once thru the blanket of silence
that exists in every world waiting-
it is given expression.

only one moment
only one song
whispered
released
yet held tightly

in a contradiction of the rhythm
the confusion finds a reason to breathe and the clarity is expressed.

one moment
one breath
one sudden explosion of a birth
of all that was present yet hidden

now discovered where it has always been.

waiting for your eyes
waiting for your heart
to open and see your truth
through the misguided perception of past roles
that were never present.

waiting for your heart to open and spin this illusion into your reality.
…to open and cast aside the notion that we need to know.

only one moment   one song
that was always present…    in the glorious uncertainty of life.
