Happy Valentine’s Day Meditation!
Join us as we embrace the concept of self-love, gratitude, and appreciation as the foundation of our meditation.
We will explore different forms of meditation and breath awareness as we step aside from the “doing” and relax, release and restore.
When we slow down and choose the direction of our thought process, we begin to see our lives more clearly.

No previous meditation experience needed. All levels are welcome.
