The mixed messages we receive surrounding our food choices and lifestyle can be quite overwhelming. It is no wonder we are all standing around scratching our heads.
Mindful eating is the opposite of dieting; it offers us techniques to eat less, eat healthier and more importantly, to stop agonizing once and for all about our relationship with food. If you are determined to live a healthier lifestyle in 2018, and want to explore a simple and sustainable approach, then this workshop will provide you with the guidance you need to make it happen.
