8/16 Wednesday Morning Meditation Circle in Morganville

Meditating for Clarity, Harmony and Self-Awareness
The practice of meditation is not about silencing the mind. Studies indicate that we have between 60,000 and 80,000 thoughts a day. If stopping the flow of our thoughts were our only goal it would, no doubt, be quite a daunting task.
Instead, when we meditate, we simply encourage our thoughts to recede. We allow them to slip into the background, as we softly place our attention elsewhere. As we develop a practice, we create a graceful flow towards a place of stillness and peace.
Each week we gather together, as a community, and grant ourselves the time to decompress, unwind and connect.
Join us as we create a safe space to step aside from the noise and embrace the gift of present moment awareness.

No previous meditation experience is required. All levels are welcome!

We are located in the back of the mall at V & Co. Consulting, Suite 5A
