11/29 Wednesday Morning Meditation at 9:00

Taking the time to meditate allows us to disarm the stress and overwhelm in our life.
Join us as we experience a smooth flow of peace through breath awareness and guided meditation.
No previous experience needed. All levels are welcome.
Class will be led by Judy Banks, Chopra Certified Meditation Instructor, Stress Management & Mindful Lifestyle Coach

479 RT 79, Suite A5, between Lloyd & Tennent Rd in Morganville.
Please arrive a bit early, have a cup of tea, and settle in.
With respect for the circle, we will close the doors and begin promptly at 9:05
