10/12 Thursday Evening – 5 Senses Guided Meditation

Join us and bring your day to a close in a place of gentle focus and clarity.
This week the foundation of our practice will be the 5 senses. We will begin with a breath and mantra meditation to calm the mind. Then, as we slip into a place of present-moment awareness, we will explore our senses one at a time as we move through our practice.
Tranquility of mind, tranquility of body, tranquility of spirit.
This will be a softly focused guided meditation that will tap into beauty, harmony and self-awareness.
