10/11 Wednesday – 5 Senses Guided Meditation

Begin Your Day in a Place of Peace
This week the foundation of our practice will be the 5 senses. We will begin with a breath and mantra meditation to calm the mind. Then, as we slip into a space of present-moment awareness, we will explore our senses one at a time as we move through our practice.
Tranquility of mind, tranquility of body, tranquility of spirit.
This will be a softly focused guided meditation that will tap into beauty, harmony and self-awareness.
Join us and start your day in a place of gentle focus and clarity
No previous meditation experience is required. All levels are welcome!
